We are aware of recent challenges to reaching us by phone. We are working with our vendors to address the issue and anticipate launching some new solutions very soon. In the meantime, you can reach us through registering for the patient portal or the MyPrivia Mobile App. Both of those allow you to send messages to your provider directly, ask a question, schedule an appointment, request a refill, ask a billing question or pay your bill. If you do happen to reach our voicemail box, please do leave a detailed message. Voicemails are checked often during the day and messages are routed to the appropriate team.
